Esther holds a bachelor degree, in counselling and psychotherapy, from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences. She is member of Black Therapists Ireland, and a Pre-Accredited member of NAPCP.
Esther has diverse experience and is particularly aware of how mental health can be perceived differently by people of different races. She provides a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space for individuals to explore, resolve issues and gain emotional freedom.
She speaks with Islammiyah Kadejo on the Breakfast Show this morning about racism, following the viral video of a black gymnast snubbed by a staff during a medal ceremony. Esther warns, "racism is disease, it is worse that cancer, and it will kill you faster than cancer. Don't do it."
